Hi there!
I don't show my face and haven't been recognised by my pictures; it took a sworn-to-secrecy ex-colleague to shout the news all around town (my website is now apparently available in paper hand-out format at my former workplace, although I suspect that it's just the titty-pictures rather than the text which I worked hard on for a week!) So I have been 'found out' and as I live in a fairly small town, it is a little disconcerting, although it remains to be seen whether it affects my business (I don't actually know that many people here outside my circle of close friends, plus I'm very discreet and sadly, pretty ordinary-looking!) And I haven't been chased down the street with burning torches - yet.
If someone thinks they recognise you from your photos (and you are not showing your face/making it clear it's you) I would say lie and brazen it out - don't back down. You could act surprised that whoever collars you was looking at that sort of website in the first place. Act offended too, the moral high ground is always a good place to be, whether you're entitled to be or not (at least the people who regularly take it always seem very pleased with themselves).
Think about what you would do/say if you did get exposed and practice it. You have nothing to be ashamed of and the majority of people are probably jealous of the money you're earning etc. I must admit that I can afford to be less bothered because my family do not live in the same town as me and I genuinely do not know what I would do if my dad found out, although I can see myself telling my mum one day and would be interested to know how others have approached this. Sorry for waffling!
Hope this helps! AMY xxx
