Firstly, make sure someone knows where you are and what to do if you don't check in with them at the beginning and end of your appointment.

Secondly, get the money upfront. A quick peck on the cheek and a hug, then suggest you "get the business out of the way first" I always call my security contact at this point too, so he knows I've arrived and how long I'll be there.

Then, relax and follow his lead  If he's got his hands up your dress already he wants to get on with it, if he offers you a drink he probably wants to chat and cuddle first.

On my first booking I told myself that if I didn't like it then I wasn't going to do it again, that helped a lot with the nerves!

And remember, you can say no to anything you are uncomfortable with, just be polite but firm.
