If you do a "search" in the "search box" beside the home button you should find a few.  Its up to yourself to decide which you would prefer to work in or check on the agency scam box at the top right hand corner.

If you simply put in "agencies" you will come up with 32 pages of threads.

You won't find specific names as we don't encourage agency work here, and we don't allow the recommending of named operations on the board - they have to pay for their advertising like everybody else. However since you asked where the best ones are, I'd stick my neck out and say London just because it's liable to have the most. Unfortunately it's also where the worst ones are liable to be.
