I drink tea with lemon and ginger (fresh or crystalised ginger works, but not dried). You get some antioxidents and some antibacterial stuff (colds aren't caused by bacteria but secondary infections can be), and it makes you feel good. You can put your echinacia tincture in there if you like.

I also go for the symptomatic treatments. Painkillers and decongestants, yay! I used to be one of those people who struggled through unless my head was falling off, but now my theory is that feeling good allows my body to work more efficiently. It might not work like that at all, but not feeling miserable is always a good thing.

Unless I'm too weak to leave the house, mild exercise like walking to the shops seems to help. Make sure you're wrapped up well enough to keep your nose warm, though.

Zinc is supposed to help, along with vitamin C obviously.

If your throat is irritated, any warm liquid or stuff that makes you produce saliva helps. I like chewing gum for the latter, especially if I'm out and about.

Forgetting his own name actually isn't a sign of a timewaster. A lot of guys have punting names, so they might get confused sometimes.

Fair point!

It amazes me how many don't realise that unless they change the 'account details' bit, their full name is shown on the 'from' part of their email! I've shocked a few when I've pointed this out ;D.

I almost did that twice today when I rang you  :)

We are now just plain Evie, no London about it! I have gone universal.

In the early days it is easy to slip up and I remember chatting away to a client and then mentioning my real name!  Oops!!!!!!

However, now it just seems so normal as I switch into "Alexandra" mode and dont have any problems at all..........

It does all get easier with time, believe me...........

I'm sure it does. Being so new I keep agonizing over some of the small stuff and just have to remember it comes with time x good to have that input though

If so, then you could go on adultwork and put up a reverse booking for a male escort - sure you would have to sift through all the chancers that are there, but there are a few decent guys with some good feedback that I certainly would consider using on such a booking.  It does take a great deal of forward planning I have to say.

The numbers of 'chancers' there is almost infinite. You may well be better off looking at one of the sites aimed at gay men and picking a bi man there. He's also less likely to be squicked by having another man's erection in close proximity.
