Tips for stopping inside of vagina getting sore?
« on: 26 December 2020, 11:17:26 pm »
Hi guys, I tend to work occasionally, quite high volume 1-2x a week. I can’t change this due to other commitments at the moment.
I find that my vulva? (Inside of the vagina) gets really really sore and painful after lots of clients in a day. I get swollen, the entrance in particular visibly swells and hurts like crazy when getting the dick in or going slow. I can feel almost like a ball as I insert finger, which swells up with client. When I get this sore, lube stings me.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping this kind of soreness / swollenness at rest so I can work more? It’s often ruining doing a second day.

Firstly, the vulva is the outer part of the female genitals! The vulva includes the opening of the vagina (sometimes called the vestibule), the labia majora (outer lips), the labia minora (inner lips), and the clitoris.

If your vagina is getting really sore and painful after seeing lots of clients in a day, you might want to see less clients. It might be worth changing to non-latex condoms too. What lube are you using as you might want to rethink that as well.

I can recommend Skyn non-latex condoms, and Liquid Silk lube. It's also worth taking a probiotic to build up better flora in your vagina too.

I hope this helps.

There's not much you can do about mechanical injury, bar limiting the sex. I would make sure you lube well for the first couple of clients, to stave off it getting worse down the line. As said, also try Skyns to see if latex is exacerbating the issue. Also perhaps don't allow fingering unless they have trimmed nails.

I found one of the worst things is men who 'dagger', or do a diluted version at least, i.e. withdrawing completely with every or most thrusts - they often miss, and I found this quickly makes the entrance to the vagina sore.

Also, before bed, have a warm bath with some cheap cooking salt thrown in, and put some Sudocrem around the outside of your vagina, and try something like MultiGyn Actigel inside, or a vaginal moisturiser.

Maybe spacing out your 2nd working day in the week to give yourself time to heal properly and use water based lube and don't allow fingering..... these could help prevent it.

Echinacea tablets , probiotics tabs and high dose (1000mg) Vitamin C help with quick healing.

Washing down there (outside not inside the vagina) with baking soda is also soothing and cleans out the skin ( I use it twice/ thrice a week- one teaspoon in 1 litre bowl of lukewarm water ) pat dry and apply very little organic coconut oil on the outside of vagina.

Emphasis on the outer part of the vagina only please because messing about with your inner vagina can throw off your flora and give you thrush, infections and/or BV(bacterial vaginosis)  ....you really dont want that !!

Hope you feel better , Good Luck

I swear by acidophilus from Holland & Barrett I only have to change my washing gel at home to have a sensitive fandango and either take it once daily or twice depending on need.

Do you wash with aqueous cream also instead of soap or shower gel.  Less irritant.

Sounds like latex allergy. Something in the lube too. I swear by Sliquid botanical lube. It's the only brand that I can use.  Probiotics are a good idea too ones best designed for women. I've just ordered some called "jarro-Dophilous" as most generic probiotics lack the vaginal strains.I also use non bleached organic cotton tampons. Most generic ones contain viscose & I'm allergic to that too.

Also don't wash too much down there and when you do use Sanex, you could be suffering from thrush. I get it if I wash too much, use coloured or scented toilet paper etc x
They tried to bury us.
They didn't know we were seeds.

Thankyou so much guys! Will look into the non-latex condoms and different lube for definite.
Will also order some probiotics, and switch to sanex!
Yes, the daggering comment is so true! When men take it in and out it irritates me so much hahah.

I used to get sore a lot too, I stopped offering fingering and it really helped! I also lube up a lot before each client. Hope some of the suggestions in this thread help... x

Actually..🤔 You should never use Sanex to wash your vg as those products are not formulated for that area due to the ph down there being not only different to the rest of the body but more sensitive. Scented soaps and shower gels can cause you infections and thrus. The best product to use would be femfresh, noted should be that you can only wash yourself externally.

Use the highest quality lube that works for you, and use as much as you need, even when you don't think you need it. I prefer K-Y and I always have it with me in my bag. Amazon has subscribe and save, which is very convenient.

I am high volume too, and I find it difficult if I stop for a while, because starting high volume again can be irritating. Can you 'exercise' with a partner or fb on your days off?

Also experiment with different condom brands, perhaps with a partner, and see if one is better for you. Try non-latex first.
If you can schedule your easier or smaller customers early in the day, that can help too.

Definitely use lube all the time. KY is my preference too. I am also high volume and I don't think any partner can be busy enough to help much with high volume work.  It's something you have to build up to at your own pace.

KY jelly at all times
SKYN condoms
Mild soreness - coconut oil
Moderate soreness - sudocrem around pussy and even put a dollop inside

Fixed in a day, always.
