Tips for keeping an eye on the time & getting rid of clients
« on: 09 February 2015, 12:37:14 pm »
I don't want to set a time on my phone. It seems abit rude. How else can I keep an eye on the time when there is no wall clock. I stay in hotels so there usually isn't. Also how do you tell them to piss off nicely? I've had alot of piss takers recently & I want to knock it on the head! X

I find that some linger and want to talk I often say" Id love to chat with you but I have a client coming very soon and I need to get ready", this has worked for me in the past.

Classic methods include having a music play list / CD you know the length of.

Otherwise, set an alarm on your phone! It needn't be noisy - even a vibrating one is enough.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Set up a playlist and know which song comes on at 50mins (and also other intervals for different lengths of bookings), then you'll know when to start winding things up. Say something like "would you like to go again or take a shower for these last few mins/before you get back to your day/[however you wish to word it]". I like to offer this scenario making sure to say OR, otherwise they'll try for a quickie and then insist on a shower. At least this way you've offered, so if they want the nookie option then they're aware they need to freshen up elsewhere, somewhere not on your time!

I have an alarm that I use on my phone that sounds like a text. Or the playlist idea is good too.

I have a bracelet style watch on.Nobody ever notices or comments and I have a quick glance at that if it feels like we are heading over time.

I have a wrist watch and sneakily glance at it while they have their head between my legs x

Getting them out of the door in time basically you just have to have a confidence about you that the time is done no bullshit you wont let them over stay.  ;D  ::)
I find these to be quite effective

-handing them a bag and wipes to clean themselves
-sitting up if they are still lying on the bed
-putting your clothes back on
-offering them there clothes.
-offering a shower
-putting an over head light on makes it bright and changes the mood.
-I always put a timer on for anything an hour or under

Hope that helps xx

I've had the exact same problem recently more than ever and it drives me nuts. Had 3 clients over the weekend go over by 10mins each. I could lose work cause of this.
It annoys me so much cause I just think that if you want longer pay for longer.
1 guy I saw for the 2nd time on Saturday was due to leave at 4.30. 4.30 comes and he's still lazing on the bed undressed even though I was up and putting my gown on. I politely told him that I have a client at 4.45 (lie, I didn't) and that I need to jump in the shower and get myself ready. So he SLOWLY starts getting dressed whilst talking to me then starts telling me he's been depressed recently and I thought "oh god spare me". It was now 4.40 so as far as he was aware I had a client in 5mins, that would leave me with next to no time to get ready for him, how would he like that if I wasn't fresh and showered for him. So I prompted him more, he gets up to grab his coat and still doesn't piss right off. Says to me 'I won't be able to see you again cause I need to save money but if ever you want any of that amazing oral you know my number'. Are these guys fucking deluded and think I want to see them for free cause I "love" their company so much. So bloody annoying.

Omg sweetcheeks. I could feel myself getting pissed off just reading your post lol. It really is a piss take and recently its starting to make my blood boil. The next piss taker is so gona cop it! Whether I've got another appointment or not. I really don't want to talk to them over our appointment time. I had a 2 hour guy once. Now with longer appointments I don't mind so much but this guy really did love himself. 2 hours and 15 minutes later he was still telling me about this escort he sees all night and apparently he only pays her for 2 hours. She loved his company that much. Fuck off!!!! Grrrrr

I always set an alarm on my phone, it might seem rude but they do know that they only get what they pay for. I usually set my alarm for 5/10 minutes before the booking is supposed to end & i just get up get ready & do my business & tell them its been a pleasure hopefully see you soon & they sort of get the hint haha x

I always set an alarm on my phone for 5 minutes before times up but it sounds like a ring tone so I'm not sure if clients think someone is just calling me.
I then say we've got 5 minutes left, they generally get the hint and put their clothes on and leave x

I have an internal clock and I dont need an alarm. And I dont mind if they overstay 5-10 minutes as I leave plenty of gap between clients.
I dont like to be perceived as a clock watcher, its the punters most hated thing aabout us.
