You don't actually you just need any credit card to authorise use of the machine. All you need to bring is the code to put in and your own card and then print tickets off.

That must be a recent thing because in the past its always been the credit that you paid with

You could ask them for a screen shot of a recent bill within the last 3 months
you need the address to get there so they can't exactly hide it from you
