I am actually happy to allow 10 minutes before the booking and 10 minutes after the booking. Any longer l disconnect the hot water.

That is taking the piss! It happened to me years ago in Brentwood and I actually opened the shower door and told him to get out and leave. I was as polite as I could be but he knew I was serious!
