the costs of flat upkeep
« on: 13 November 2018, 12:27:50 pm »
I have always worked away from home renting a flat but as business is dead and has been for a while i am struggling with the upkeep of it over 600 thats 10 half hour clients a month.
Has anyone had to give up their flat and go back home to work, obviously see a lot less clients then and keep it discreet? it may be a needs must on my side as the cost of living has risen dramatically.

I have a child so would continue to work school hours over less days and squeeze an evening in when he is with his dad. I am just scared someone will notice but i could always say i am working from home if there ever was a need as training for a new job and could say people are coming for consultations.

I have tried to share the flat but its not worked out..

Any advice please..

So in theory to keep the flat you have to fuck ten guys a month for free before you earn a penny. If you can work from home you can afford to see ten less people a month (and have that time to do other things, work more, do whatever you like) and earn exactly the same money.

If you can work from home and see enough people to make it worth it I say go for it! I'm all for keeping overheads down. If nothing else, it takes some stress off, knowing you are in profit much faster, straight away really if you work from home.

I don't work from home but I'm sure some ladies have good cover stories for people coming and going. There are obviously advantages to both working from home and to having a work flat but if you need to cut costs, I'd say work from home for a while, if you can of course. You can always rent another flat if you need to.

I think you just need to be REALLY careful that there's no danger of a neighbour reporting you, or your ex not causing trouble about it etc., because of the danger of a client turning up when your child is home (though the risk is low). Have a plausible cover story worked out.

Also, in your house, make sure no client would ever see e.g. a photo of your child or letters with your name on.

Can you share with anyone? Maybe another escort doing days you can't who's low profile...

Cut off half hours & just do 45/60 mins minimum.

Its really really not advisable to work from home if you have a child. Even if you're not working there when the child is at home, CPS are not to be fucked with.

I'm a single mum too and What I used to do before I had an incall flat was to just work two or three days a week in a dayuse hotel room during school hours. If you're only available during these specific times and market that hard, making it very clear that bookings outside of those times arent possible, punters will make more effort to see you.  Dayuse rooms can be as little as £40 depending where you are in the country.

But yeah.  Working from the home your kid lives at is super risky in terms of the authorities.
