Ok so Im sure this has been posted before but I'm really annoyed, I've just had to cancel ?180 worth of bookings because ive come on my period today! I am so annoyed its unbelievable I really could have done with that money :( How does anyone else deal with this situation? I am worried these clients will think im messing them about to, and might leave me dodgy feedback :(

You can use a sponge or stringless tampon. Search the forum and you'll find loads of discussions on them.

You can also tell your clients you have your period and give them the option to go ahead with the booking, I do that and around half of them are happy to do so.

And of course there's the pill to make your period predictable, or other hormonal methods which can stop them all together.

I use a Mirena and don't bleed at all now, it's fantastic. :)

Beppy sponge tampons, although I did have a slight bit of blood on the condom when seeing a very above average client but that only happened once and I have used these for over a year.  I know some women will use coloured condoms as well.

Different contraception could stop your period or make it predictable like Anika said.
