I read the OPs post as being specifically to do with whether other people's accountants put something other than sex worker (or 'escort' or whatever) on their forms? We surely don't need another 'what do you put down as your occupation?' thread unless we're trying to get them into double figures?
When I had an accountant, he put 'therapist' on mine - it's a catch all term that doesn't mean anything so suitable enough for the purpose and I assumed it was because he didn't want other accountants at his firm knowing he had a lot of prossies on his books for whatever reason.
