I want to do things above board and dont want to get caught out with tax but my family is full of accountants who will inevitably look over my taxes at some point and i dont want them to know i escort! Are there any other more discreet options when registering for tax? do you have to declare you are an escort?

Why on earth would your family be nosing around in your private financial affairs? Tell them thank you, but you would prefer to keep business and family lives separate and therefore you will be employing someone completely independent of your personal circle.

As for your other questions, forgive me if I'm not sounding very patient but these have been done to death on the forum and there are at least three recent threads I can think of relating to exactly the same thing. Try typing 'tax' into the Search box - I got nine pages of results when I did it, so there should be plenty to be getting on with among those.
