Serviced Apartments-advice please???
« on: 11 December 2008, 03:24:14 am »
Iam currently inbetween incall places but most of my clients are incalls, so I was thinking that in the meantime(i don't want to lose money whilst i'm looking for the perfect flat), it would be good to rent a serviced apartment a couple of nights per week and squeeze my incalls into 2 days. I found some in my locality for ?90 per night, so i would need 2 confirmed bookings before going ahead and renting one. I have heard this works for a lot of girls, but i have questions:

How exactly does it work? Do they give you the keys and then you can invite clients into your apartment, and they will be none the wiser, or is there a nosy 'conceirge service' clocking that 3 guys have entered and left your apartment?

Could me and another escort book a 2-bedroom and split the cost (cheaper and safer)?

Any advice from anyone who has used this option successfully welcome.

Thanks xxxx

I've used serviced apartments for touring and when we used to have parties. It does vary from place to place. Not so much concierges but in some places the reception is in a different part of the builiding, which is good because you don't have any nosy receptionists watching the traffic. But some apartments have reception right by the entrance, so they're more aware of customers coming in and out.
The best thing to do is to read the descriptions of the serviced apartment of your choice on the websites. If they have their own individual sites, even better as they're more descriptive. Take note of the photos, where the reception is located and there's a concierge service.

Ime when you check in you pick up the keys from reception and that's it. The best thing to do before your customers arrive is to have a scout around the building, sometimes there's a different entrance your customers can use other than the main one. Then when you customers call you can direct them to your apartment without them having to wander around, drawing attention to themselves.

Also watch out for maid service. In some apartments you get daily service. In others they're every couple of days. That's what you want to go for. Unlike hotel rooms they don't have the Do Not Disturb sign you can stick outside your door. So make sure you find out how often the maid service is.

Of course it's always good to work with another lady if you can. Safety in numbers and all that. Just make sure it's somebody reliable and that you can depend on them.

i would think serviced apartments are safer, due there is a receptionist, and safety in numbers.

hmmm i was thinking of doing it myself ..... but i don't have enough clients that it is worth doing really

sharing is also something i would like and i would def recommend it
