I had a similar thing just literally a week after I started working,  I had to go in for an op and could not have sex for that long, I simply switched to rub and tug, there might not be the same money in it but I made a decent  living still more than enough to get by on.

Some of my rub and tug clients switched to fps after I was fully functional so that was a bargain, do not be surprised if you get offers of silly money to be your first when you get back! I got several times my usual hourly rate, was a bit like being a virgin again! haha
