Yes, it can be more difficult. It depends on the site and the phone. I'd say that with AW at least, if they can get far enough to find your phone number then they can read everything else on your profile. If they can't read small text then it'll be a bit more awkward as they won't be able to fit much on the screen at once. With Android browsers the text is arranged so that whatever size you have it you don't have to deal with horizontal and vertical scrolling at the same time, so it's still quite easy to read a page. I'd assume iPhones are just as smart, but I don't know if it's an issue with other mobile browsers.

Anyway if they say they can't read your AW profile I think it's likely that they're being lazy or timewasty. I can't comment on your own site since I don't know how it's put together.

Moonfruit sites are going to look different on iPhones because MF wants to use Flash to display the sites and for his own selfish reasons Steve Jobs doesn't want you to have Flash on your iPhone, so there.

It will display the text of a MF site fine - MF is set up to show ordinary text to browsers, like the iPhone's, that don't do Flash - but won't do anything fancy.

I suppose it is very much like the old "my pc crashed", or "could only look quickly at work and got your number". The amount of pcs crashing, and folk sneaking looks at work seemed to be a particular problem for this country at one point!

It's funny though how they all come out with the same nonsense and right now I am getting a lot of it and when you hear the same old story again a few times a day, it's hard not to snap! My latest response though is that I don't discuss services over the phone so I tell them they have to go look at my site/aw on a computer.  Needless to say they never seem to call back................ say no more!
