There'll be the odd one (as posted further up the thread, there's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead), but the vast, vast majority will be from female prostitutes who are advertising from the site themselves, not lone civvy women (as we would get with men).

It's not unknown for us to be asked to send the booking form so it looks like we've booked these blokes even though they approached us - I've been asked a few times. I have had a look around for older posts on this subject but after poking around (cough) for a few mins I cant find what I'm looking for.
