Stolen Info
« on: 31 August 2014, 10:16:57 am »
Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has already been covered.

I just found my advert information posted here http://escorthome.  eu/ without my consent.

I never placed an ad on this website and I have emailed to tell them to remove it.

somebody more clever than I will be along shortly to hopefully be able to help you find out who owns that domain. A letter from a solicitor can be sent.

It does happen where other sites post without consent. It happened to me a few times but have got clients from it so say thanks for the free advertising. It will cost for a solicitor and nothing fighting a legal case is not a quick process. It would get in the way of clients wanting to book me. And some other site can do the same another time. All that consumed time will be bound to effect your earnings and the added stress on top of escorting stress is a lot.

I would only do in extreme cases but that would be more personal life if any thing. To me I think an escort and civys are viewed different when it comes to dealing with legal cases. Yes pay the solicitor a high wage to win for you if he does is the question.

Red KB,

There was a thread a while back about this happening, I'm not sure but probably the one about Aphrodite lounge.

I remember one of WG was saying she had a very firm professional letter that she emailed to some websites advertising her without her consent.

Sorry I can't remember much but definitively somewhere there on Saafe.

It won't get me any clients because the phone number on the ad is wrong and all the rates are different so the last thing I want is a bunch of blokes getting in touch trying to haggle rates because they saw something different elsewhere!

I'll look up the Aphrodite Lounge post. Thanks :)
