Hi and I know this has been done before but just wondering. If you see that someone has copied from another escort, would you say something or leave it? It's not the whole profile but a small paragraph that is exactly the same and is quite unique. Not sure whether to send the escort a message or just leave it. Thanks.

If it’s you yourself that it’s been done to I would do something but if it’s not you I would leave it.

I had this...contacted the escort via phone, she ignored, then I contacted her webmaster via his UK company and gave him notice of 14 days to remove the material or I would start charging him £200 per day for use of the plagiarised material and report him to google and have them sort out copyright issues involved. He also stole photos and I told him I will report the image and copyright theft to his other 'straight' web design clients who were listed on his company website. He removed it within 3 days. There must be some lazy sods around if they can not compose their own short profile content.

I have had one who has been doing it for years -  great big chunks of my profile. Every time I added something new, she puts the same thing in hers.
I just laugh it off and feel sorry for them for not having any imagination!

I've just discovered a girl in my city has pretty much used my carefully crafted AW page as a template for her own. I am not happy at all - she has added in the same extra "packages" that I have, in addition to her basic service, priced herself to be in line with my skilled and experienced BDSM rates even though she is a self confessed novice and even laid her profile out in the same manner as mine using the BB code etc. Following that, she had made herself a very poor website and copied aspects of MY website (not AW) on to hers.

This is recent work because I had seen her profile around a month ago when she massaged me to ask if I wanted to hook up for duos - I declined. Her profile has had some serious changes to replicate mine in that month.

There are no exact copy and pastes from my content, but it's very clear she has used my hard work to get past her own lack of skill.

What do I do about this?

You can't really do anything.
As I have said previously, another sp has been copying mine for years. They have a lack of imagination and confidence. Guys can read between the lines. If I completely change my site, she would do the same. Just don't bother looking at other escort's sites and concentrate on making yours unique with good photos and feedback. She would steal my photos if she could!

It happens a lot. New escorts will look at the more established and popular ones in their area and use them to try and make theirs look good. I have seen a few which have copied mine before. I have just let it go and change mine a bit.

The fact she has copied new website too though, is a bit obsessive! I think if it was me I would message her. Just state that I have seen what she had done and find it in poor taste. It might embarrass her enough to change it? If not, at least you will have gotten it off your chest by telling her. I'd keep it very impersonal and objective though.

When I first started a few clients pointed out the similarity between my website and another Escort in the locale, in fact some enquirers would ask were we the same or individual. I can confirm I set my own site up myself, no copied words, phrases and even how we stated ages, services etc were different. Only similarity was a rough age range (I gave my exactly, she prefered a range), both 'blondish', both at one time a similarish ball park dress size although several times mine changed significantly, and similarish charges however we were quite different in reality. Oh and different names, different contact details.

Over the years I have asked other Escorts if I can use phrases, or approaches they use on their websites. All have said "Yes of course". What I will do is take inspiration, try and rephrase or paraphrase.
