What I'd suggest as well is that you test out first on your own how long the sponge is good for, so that you'll know if you have to change it during an appointment. Then if you're in a relationship or have a casual partner who is not going to freak out, try one while having sex to make sure it's comfortable and not leaking. You don't want to find out you're positioning it wrong and leaking during sex for the first time when you're with a complete stranger

I use one. Just experiement with what size is right for you. Taking them out after each client can cause you to become sore though, so change every two hours or so, unless he is rather large!

If one seems to be stuck - DON'T PANIC! Have a relaxing hot bath and chill out! Then squat on the floor and gently push until it comes down far enough for you to tightly grip on with your thumb and forefinger and keep gently pushing and pull out with your fingers.

I've never had any problems with one except one being a bit stubborn about coming out haha.

No I never had a problem with Natural Sponges crumbling, and it is nice and soft, as someone suggested soak it first, I did find boiling water seemed to shrink it tho haha, so I boiled kettle and let it cool a while soak then squeeze it out,  any digits going up there would be hard pushed to distinguish between what is meant to be there and what is put

Just to let everyone know - I use the hormonal ring and used a wet beppy sponge twice now for sex, they're great!

I just find that taking contrception such as the Depo Provera Injection stops my periods all together, and it lasts for 2-3 months and never had any problems really. I used to have really bad period pains when I was younger and went on the depo when I was 18 and have never looked back 

I would struggle to find where the sponges would have gone if they were hard to get out, sounds daunting. x
