I think it's because of the length of time it stays in your mouth - it's longer if you spit, which means if there is an infection present and you have any weak points in your mouth you're more likely to catch something. I don't imagine it makes much difference to gonorrhoea in your throat, but I really don't know. I don't think I ever had the conversation at the GUM, but that's probably because I could no more swallow than I could fly around the room 

That said, when dinosaurs roamed the earth and I did offer OWO I also did CIM despite (and partly because of) it making me heave - the alternative was having it spraying around everywhere and I couldn't stand the thought of the mess

Because unless you spit literally straight away, which isn't likely to endear you to clients, swallowing means getting rid of it quicker. The longer the semen is in your mouth, the higher the risk of an oral infection. Once it's swallowed, there's no risk.

There is some evidence that gargling with original Listerine afterwards can help reduce the risk.

Spit don’t really like the taste

There was a study done on listerine which went im favour of using it but it didnt cover the long term effects which as Amy says is detrimental. One thing i have been told is not to brush my teeth before OWO as it can cause little cuts in your mouth which will highten the risks of catching something x

I spit it out 'sexily' in a tissue with a naughty grin. As long as you don't show disgust clients, are generally disinterested in how their spunk is disposed of.

I probably should do this I spit it in the nearest bathroom sink a pain if I am in an apartment and don’t have the en-suite but I spit literally cause thought of swallowing makes me heave but I do sexily suck out every last drop of cum so hopefully that makes up for it lol
