I own a flat in a small town in south Ayrshire in Scotland. I'm considering working from there as I don't live there anymore. I was going to rent it to a private tenant but now I'm thinking of working there or renting it to another escort. Has anyone worked in this area? I guess I have nothing to lose if I try. I can't see any profile on AW for this area I don't know if that is good or bad!! I don't care about neighbours finding out what I'm doing as I don't really know anyone locally. I bought the flat mainly as an investment I have no ties to the area.

I should also add the entrance is quite discreet round the back of tenement buildings. Not sure how easy parking would be. The back of the flats looks a bit rough, fly tipping is common as some buildings are empty, overgrown so that could be a bit off putting but the flat itself is nicely decorated and perfect layout for working as the kitchen/living room is separate from the bathroom and bedroom.

I don't know if I'm gonna work there myself because I don't really like working independently. But I will try and rent ti some ladies that I know and they can handle it how they choose. When I book a new place I usually look at the size of population and compare that to number of workers advertising. The ratio will give me a reasonable idea of competition. What size is the town?

But if you price it competitively to other escorts more in the 3-400 a week range than the 5-600 then I'm sure you'll get workers giving it a go. And as time goes on you'll find out whether there's a market there.

I have decided I don't want to work there myself now but I am hoping to rent to just one friend on a casual basis.  I hope that is legal. I will probably be in the flat but just for company and extra security. I hope I am not going to be breaking the law.

I wouldn't insist on being there. Only if they want me to. It's a friend not a random person and I think one of her concerns is the safety aspect of working alone because she normally works in sauna/parlours.

I agree it's unlikely police would bother me. I don't think neighbours are particularly friendly or concerned with what is going on. Hence the fly tipping and general poor matinence of the communal areas.

Am I right in thinking you are scottish? Do the police have a harsher stance on this kind of thing? I worked in Sauna in Edinburgh and Glasgow agency with multiple SP under one roof. Do know anything about Ayrshire?
