Title: Sore down below!
Post by: Kay on 13 August 2016, 02:47:06 pm
Ladies, I'm looking for some advice on how to deal with a sore vagina, after a bit of a nightmare two-hour booking with an inexperienced young man last night. He nicked me 2-3 times with his finger nails in the first 10-15 minutes, and then in the third half-hour we did a lot of doggy. Normally, this would be fine but he was totally clueless... Firstly, he kept crouching over me rather than kneeling up straight, so he would fall out (slightly shorter endowment), but secondly, and worst of all, instead of going in and building up a good rhythm he would make a few thrusts and then withdraw - and every time he re-entered he would prise my fanny apart roughly with his hands first.

I kept trying to offer advice/guidance, but to no avail, and for the last half-hour I just had to say no to more sex as he'd made me so sore (and I explained why).

It was SO sore afterwards. As he was dressing I went to the loo and put some Canesten cream on, then overnight I lathered Sudocrem around my entire vulva. Normally I would have had a salt bath (I normally keep some cheap salt in for the purpose, but had run out).

So I was wondering if anyone had any tips?? I don't really want to use any sort of numbing/anaesthetic cream, just wondered if anyone was aware of anything that would help with quicker healing and soothing?

Cheers!

Fucking porn!! :FF

Try pile cream. It will take down the swelling and help it to heal (anti-bacterial etc) AND has a mild anasthetic to help with the pain. Take an ibuprofen tablet too.

Ive only ever slapped sudocrem on mine and rested it a few days. I used to have a lot of cuts from fingernails, until i had finally had a titful and put a complete ban on fingering.

Live yogurt is good too and try to use non latex condoms. Caneston pessories work wonders but always check down below that white paste not seeping out xx

I'm going through that now. A few days ago I got nicked in exactly the same place it always occurs and today I've had two long bookings that I knew were going to be intensive and knew I'd probably be sore for days after. I was prepared for that. I wasn't bloody prepared for some twat with long fingernails to roughly finger me during the week 3 days before!!!! I bought a canesten pessary to use tonight and have been applying the cream since mid week as last time this happened I got full on thrush which was horrible. Men!!! I really don't wanna have to take a week off cos of this. Why can't they just sort out their nails?

A long time ago ago after a difficult birth (and very sore vagina!)  I was advised by a midwife to use badedas in a warm bath twice daily as she said it contained horse chestnut which is meant to be very healing, it did seem to ease it a bit.  Other than that all you can do really is to take a couple of paracetamols and rest, the soreness will heal at your bodies own rate probably after a day or 2.

Thanks all - just to clarify, it's not thrush, purely a mechanical injury.

I put a bit of aqueous cream on earlier, and then did a booking - luckily he was good in bed and no pain at all. Followed Cat's advice and afterwards applied some Germoloid cream to my frou frou - stang like buggery for a few minutes, but then calmed down!

Think I'll have a salt bath and then alternate Germoloid and aqueous cream for a couple of days, as well as take the odd ibuprofen.

I'm also going to man up a bit more next time and not let someone keep pawing my poor old vag 15-20 times in half an hour!

Yep, I absolutely swear by pile cream for any vulval soreness. I can't use Canestan cream for thrush (it makes me itch more!) so use pile cream externally and a pessary or live yog on a tampon internally. Sore or chafed from a tampon string/sanitary pad? Pile cream. Over enthusiastic dildoing? Pile cream.  ;D

That's why I love doing 'tie and tease' on the young inexperienced ones...so I can keep their imbecilic pawing out of reach of my bits   ;D

I've heard good things about pile cream for other reasons think I will have to invest in some. I too find Canestan irritates rather than helps thrush (I use multi gyn gel).

As to fingering I'm sooooo strict on it, in fact I banned it totally for a couple of years since I get very easily irritated. I'm never afraid to tell guys to stop/go gentler or just plain distract them.

For chronic illness reasons, I can only have sex a few times a week (I have very elastic-y skin which stretches & my labia aren't super small). I NEED to work more than once a week plus be able to fuck my boyfriend too. What can I do to ease vaginal soreness after sex? All I do right now is ibuprofen, salt baths, going knicker free & nappy rash cream if it's really bad. Anyone have any tried & tested tip?

My friend somehow almost never fucks. It's a service she offers, but she may only fuck one out of six clients. I guess she does this by not suggesting it. She gives good oral and is also good at the dom/kink stuff.

I fuck almost all of my clients because I just assume it's what they want.

My point is, you may be able to cut down on the problem by only fucking when they really want to by not suggesting it, focusing on oral and other services, etc.

Lots and lots and lots of lube in your pussy before you let them fuck you.

Do you ljke anal? Most of my clients seem to want just oral and anal sex, which im happy with as i dont get sore having my ass fucked. I would just tailor your service to suit your body. You dont need to offer vaginal sex. What about domination service? You dont need to have sex at all then!

I also moisturise my vag with coconut oil during every shower. I might start using it at bedtime. Xx

What about doing massage and hr/bj instead of advertising full service? It's quite popular.

Of the five clients I saw yesterday, I only fucked one.

I find that if you give great BJs they don't much bother about penetration - they can get that at home. What they don't get is oral.

I find the finest thing for a sore fanny is a salt bath. You have to let the normal 'flora' return after any kind of injury or infection, and that can take up to a week.

I rarely allow fingering; they haven't got a clue!

I also shove one of those 'balance activ' pesseries up, about 3 nights a week

Do you get any kind of discharge the next day from these (like white powdery stuff after using a thrush pessery)?

I use the Balanc Activ gel you squirt in but have not tried the pesseries in fear of me being out of action the next day.

I do get vaginal dryness now I'm older, and I find the Balanc Activ gel helps with that.

The best thing to use is the internal thrush cream combi (Canestan) as you use the plunger to insert the cream high into the vagina.

I have used this and worked the next day. You don't get the 'crumbly lumps' like you do with the pessaries, it's just cream. I just strike RO off for that day and the cream comes out a bit on the condom. It also lubricates the vagina and clients are none the wiser.

It can be a bugger to get hold of as it's sold on the shelves in Boots and not behind the counter I was in a large Boots yesterday and couldn't get it) so I buy mine from Amazon Prime and get the net day delivery.

I have tried the oral capsule and the pessaries and the internal cream combi is by far the most effective. You can't buy the internal cream on its own:it comes with the external cream.

I picked up the gel pessary yesterday as a back up but would only used that if I wasn't working for a couple of days.

Balance Activ leaves no discharge; it's gone by morning.

No, there is no discharge, the pessaries are like hardened vaseline,

I have got this issue  :(

I will try to sit in salt water bath today to see if it works..I will have to take a couple of days off.  I had an "elephant" a couple of days ago.  :-X ::)  It's that "Porn" that drives men to do things that men weren't doing 10 years ago.   :-\

Thank you Rainbow. Will get some of those when I'm next at the supermarket.
