Sore clit? Bruised good lube advice
« on: 01 January 2016, 09:17:32 am »
Hey ladies

I've a few issues regarding my foof. Been working the last week full time and now my clit is so sore from being man handled too much. I be tried using lube but it stung and gave me thrush so I don't think I can use that. Is there a good sensitive one I could possibly try. Also I found my boyfriend can no longer make me cum and my clit used to be so sensitive and would cum so quickly do you think this is because of the escorting or just that my clit not used to being rubbed so much.

If I take this off my services and don't allow fingering will I still get enough work?

Hi I had a similar thread so can sympathise. Discovered that any lube containing glycerin irritates me. I was using a Topida spray for vaginal irritation too & that was irritating me aswell. It contains glycerin.

A lot of guys don't understand how to treat such a delicate area. Drives me nuts when they wont leave it alone. I do have to tell them enough. I would get the GP of GUM nurse/doc to take a look at it.

I often don't allow it and it has made no difference. They can run their hand over the outside without clit rubbing or fingering.

Until guys learn they are not trying to stuff a turkey they can keep their hands to themselves!

Lots of people don't allow fingering, but you don't have to take it off your ads if you don't want to - it sounds as if the problem is with them being too rough?

If you know what they're doing is going to hurt you then you need to stop them doing it, and don't be afraid to tell them that they're not being gentle enough and so they can't do it any more. I hate having them scrubbing away at me too, so I move their hand where it can't do any real harm and if they persevere then I stop it altogether.

I use Pjur Woman silicone lube (which feels very natural, is fragrance free and goes a very long way) and when I want waterbased lube I have Liquid Silk after I saw a good offer on it, although I've been told it tastes horrible (I don't do RO so it doesn't matter). It's really worth persevering to find one that suits you as you'll need it eventually and you could be risking a broken condom without it if you get somebody wanting to bang away for ages, or whatever.

Either way I wouldn't be allowing anything whilst it's really sore. Can you have a few days off? :)

Hmm I can't add much more except to agree that it sounds like your fou-fou needs a break.  If you have suddenly been working fulltime you will feel it.  But don't be afraid to tell a guy if hes being too rough, or alternatively you can try distracting him.

Theres been times in the past when I've forbade fingering totally because I get sore real easy, but I tell you what during the past year I've really noticed that nearly every single guy wants to do it.  Has it suddenly become a porn feature or something.

Don't be afraid to take it off the menu.

I know it's not very sexy (the packaging looks a bit medical) but I find KY Jelly to be great.

As far as I know it's the only one recommended by doctors for dryness problems, and apparently it's engineered to be as much like a woman's natural wetness as possible. I find it very comfortable to use and clients seem to like it too - it lasts for ages and doesn't go white or sticky.

Could the difficulty coming to clitoral orgasm be just a combination of your clit being sore, and the thrush? It's hard to get into the zone when there's even a little bit of discomfort - I'm sure after a bit of recovery time and a dose of Canesten you'll be back to normal again.

There are also more natural remedies for thrush far less irritating than Canestan such as Balance Activ. I'm very sensitive down under and that works fir me.

Jezabel - Balance Activ is for BV, not thrush, just to clarify.

Natalie, all I can suggest is that you give your bits a few days off when you can, e.g. don't work during your period or every day if possible. I find my clitoris can get very sensitive, but after a good night's sleep it's usually back to normal. Also, if any client is rough with it, just stop them and say you've got too sensitive.

It may well be but it works for me, that being said its a back up to another more natural remedy I use but annoyingly the name escapes me! Will post it when I remember.

My point was just that Canesten can be pretty harsh particularly if that area is sore for other reasons, so it can be worth looking at remedies less likely to irritate, or indeed home remedies.

There are other remedies, and some people swear by tampons soaked in natural yogurt and this sort of thing.

But I think if you have got raging thrush and need to work it's easier on yourself just to take an effective, proven medical remedy. This is just my opinion though, I know not everyone agrees.

I did say Canesten earlier but actually you can get the generic version (i.e. exactly the same thing without the expensive brand name) from behind the pharmacy counter, which does work out an awful lot cheaper. Or of course you can get yourself down to the GUM clinic where they will put it on prescription for you.

Would say it's because your clit is not used to so much action. A decent lube would definitely help, stop you getting micro fissures.

I recommend Yes lube it's made from aloe Vera. It's ph balanced to your vagina (slightly acidic) so won't cause bv or thrush. It's also a 'weak' lube without harsh chemicals that eventually strip your vagina of its natural moisture.

To clarify I don't have thrush now but I did a month back when I was using lube. Ky jelly was very sore. I've tried the yes lube natural alor Vera one from Holland and barter with success today.

I've decided to stop allowing fingering, clit playing for the time being so it's goes back to normal.

OUCH! I hate clit playing.I find having my clit stimulated when I am not aroused very painful. Am I normal? Luckily most do not know how to eat pussy properly else I would be wriggling in pain everyday. I do get one or two who knows how to do it properly, just a shame I am not turned on by them as I would have been having multiple orgasms  :P I dread fingering as well but so long as they do it slowly it's fine. I don't understand the whole vigorous fingering thing. all that does is give me infections :-\ sigh

I remember back in my newbie days I had this one guy mercilessly attacking my clit for ages. I  actually started crying. he stopped and asked what was wrong. I said oh nothing it just feels so good :o Now I fake an orgasm and push their head away and say "your turn" Don't know what it is, when I'm aroused it's great but when I am not, it is painful and continuous stimulation leaves me sore too. :'( I hate pussy eating lovers. ::)

yes I'd say that was normal.

I've switched to cotton tampons, get them in Waitrose or on amazon & they are helping me with my thrush & discomfort issues.

Glad it's working for you Natalie.
Found it of great benefit as I get very sore with the normal lubes.
