Whats your idea of busy and slow?
« on: 30 July 2010, 06:09:46 am »
With the talk of 'sudden lack of work'...Im just trying to get an idea of what is busy to some and slow to others.

In my case, 1 or 2 clients a day is considered 'steady'...but for others I hear that is very slow. And too, when I go more than 2 or 3 days without a booking, I start feeling things have 'slowed down'.  But in the case of this month...I've gone a whopping 30 days getting only 1 client from my PROPER escort site. I had to ask them to give me complimentary time because I had barely made any money after parting with my hard-earned $40  >:(

You got complementary time from a advertising company? Jeez, you must be able to pitch some fit, I have never had free anything!

I couldn't tell you what's normal, and I would have thought that it would be a different market, but I would expect to see three - four clients a day. I wouldn't usually accept any more bookings after that as I don't fancy being a conveyor belt.

Normally 10-15 clients a week. This has been the same week in, week out for the last two years.

July I have had 7 clients in the last 3 weeks.  I wonder if my phone is on!

Wow that is busy!

I stick to only one client a day (if that) incall as it is where I live and I need to be discreet. I turn down a lot of enquiries. Outcalls are few and far between at the mo - used to be 3 to 4 a week but now maybe 1 or 2.

Normally I would only see one client a day as only work part time. From monday I will be in a new incall apartment I will be full time and am hoping I get as many calls as normal (I normally have to turn them away) which averages out on 5 day with many more on a monday for some reason

Likewise - I see one, two or at most three a day, four or five days a week and turn many enquiries down; if I get the slightest inkling that this person may not be someone I am comfortable having in my home then it's a no. I don't take same day bookings and have turned down dozens who can't be bothered to read my site and ring at 6pm expecting to make a booking in the next hourn - I find that having strict rules and a tough screening process makes it far easier for me to manage things and plan the rest of my time.

I hardly do any outcalls - maybe one or two a month. I used to work outcall only but find little demand since I started offering incalls, and most of mine are long appointments involving travel, with the odd hotel visit in town thrown in.

I don't spend much money on advertising at all and I don't have my own website, so I'm happy if I get 2 (sometimes 3) clients a day. But I don't get much more enquiries than about 5 a day.

I get between two and ten enquiries a day, but I never see more than two clients a day either. I probably do about two outcalls a month, but I prefer them to be bookings that are at least two hours, otherwise they're usually just not worth my time!

I've never spent any money on advertising other than displaying my phone number on AW, but my private gallery pays for that.

It's only 1 or 2 a day really, just as the other ladies say.  Every day is the same to me - re weekends etc.  I have no family and spend all my free time down the stables  so 7 days a week is fine.  As it has been dead I have built up a nice tan!

I'm almost identical with my work patterns except I limit myself to even fewer clients, averaging about four a week. I think business has been steady for me since building up my indie profile - I get maybe ten inquiries a week, unless I do something aggressive with my advertising and suddenly get that number in one day. But overall my main concern is being strict about who I see so's to limit my exposure to nutcases and potential weirdos - dealing with guys who make me feel unsettled causes me massive stress and totally drains me so I can't afford to waste any time on them else I won't have the energy to see my real clients that week!

Well, I could imagine you guys would get more inquries because of a couple of reasons...but regardless, it makes me so upset to know the amount Im not getting  >:(
