I base my hours on those my partner works.
Usually 10am - 6pm.
As others have said you need to have 'you time'
I managed to work a year with seeing 15+ clients a week, all hours of the day, until I burnt out.
And I mean really burnt out, I couldn't work for at least two weeks and was ready to quit all together.
Now I keep it normal and treat it a 9-5 civvy job.
Right down everything you need to earn to cover your finances, including all the luxuries and savings you want, divide the whole number by your half or hourly rate, giving you a total number of clients you need to see for the week.
Stick to that amount of clients and then call it a day/week once you earned it.
Some weeks I can earn my weekly total in a matter of 3 days, leaving me a long weekend, which is always very nice
