Would you go on a social date with a client who have not met before?

I've been on them before but with clients I've met at least a couple of times as I've got to know them but I've had a request from someone who seems genuine but he's a new client.

I have gone on social dates with people before and charged my social rate of course, not sure if you are talking about a social date in your personal time or not though? I wouldn't be interested in seeing a client, new or existing, for social reasons at all though, it's not necessary in my life.

I wouldnt charge my social rate unless it was with a meal attached.

I love dinner dates. I have special reduced rates for this and also for private time after. I like to think I can hold a decent conversation and converse on most subjects and that i'm an interesting person to take out for a social meeting or even with some of the clients Colleagues. If you mean would I go on a social date FOR FREE with a client that I have never met before then of course the answer would be no.

Why on earth would you want to meet a potential client for a free social meeting just because they are attractive? They are on there for sex in the first place and are bound to be looking for freebies. What would make you want to meet them? Plus AW is not a dating site!

I am here to run a business and my free time outside of this is sacrosanct and most definately not spent flattering some kid who loves himself.
I can't think of anything less appealing than a 'pretty boy' who loiters on the internet with the sole intention of picking up known Escorts ( ie; and I quote, "Good at sex and likes it") for freebies. Yuck!

Show me the colour of your money pal, not the size of your pecs!

Well if i'm "really" attracted to a guy i'd rather have sex with them out of the general work context rather than it all being about me doing what he wants, and being professional..... i can enjoy myself as much as him without having to worry about giving a good services the whole time.
and also i'm not really talking about guys from adultwork tbh, i'm on 5 different websites, 2 are a link up/escort mix sites........

Just like my overnighters I will only go on paid social dates with my regulars.  As it is I already have requests for office parties up and till February.

I think it is important to have a rapport with a client or it could be a mind numbing experience.  The sex you can fake actually enjoying someones company you can not, no matter how good looking they might be or how good the money might be.
