I would avoid even i was not escort first! to live with landlord even you are an angel is out of question. unless he or she is bordeline fun out of standard and you know already the kind of person.
then if you have a regular, almost friend that you want to see once each month and you do not scream while sex is it is fine. it is like a normal guest. btw if you do consistently is out of question. you are not allowed tenancy agreement, you pay bills for yourself and not include all the guest. it is not fair if somebody hosting people and you pay bills for them too. you should ask permission.
i would be upset myself if my flatmate host her his boyfriend everyday. just not fair for others. in civvy life too.

I did worked like that, but the landlord knew what's going on, and of course.. i was paying a stupid amount of money.. but i was at the beginning of my career :) and young and stupid.
Later on i have done my research and found out about saafe and a lot of places that you can rent per day.. no hassle or pain about the noise or the amount of people you are seeing.
If he knows, of course he will charge you double of what's normal and still gonna demand a lot of things.
Don't do it that way.. stick to the oucalls and then try to rent per day in the future. Xx
