yes. that's why I just decided on my work hours, and stuck to them. 12 - 8. that's it. I stay at home, semi-dressed, same day appointments, doing stuff I need to do. My mornings are for me. I run at 10am. I take bookings starting at 8am. I take as many bookings as I can and then see who actually turns up. if/when I get to 4 shows, I call and cancel any others and end my day. I have learned that for me, this is the best way to work as I have a steady schedual, less stress, and when I talked to my doc about my stress levels he told me I had to get some solid routine into my work hours or it was going to burn me out and screw my sleep.
so I just don't vary. I take two days off a week, work 12-8 and some days I get to knock off early.
better than an office job. that's for sure.
