I've just had a cancellation as I am already booked for the time he originally wanted

I wish men would try to space themselves out rather than competing with my other clients.

After a sluggish week or so my phone went mad today!

It has gone Soo quiet for me since xmas. The only work I am getting is from returning clients from the last 3 years, but as each one only books once every few months, I can hardly rely on them to pay my bills..

 I turned down  a very well paying client on Saturday because he has a Jeckell and Hyde personality and goes from being very
 sweet and complimentary to downright bloody offensive! ( He also has a horrific kissing and sex technique but that's another tale  ) Part of me thinks, I'm a big girl now, I should be able to shrug off an unpleasant man by counting all his money, but the other part of me thinks NO MONEY is worth an evening of my life ( simpering over a brute of a man) I will never get back 
 Nobody new is booking at all ( just a pack of hagglers clogging up my phone all day and severely peeing me off! )

I did a little test with my latest ad - I knocked 7 years off my age - simply on the theory that a whole new bunch of guys will spot me for the first time ( ones that limit their search to mid 30's max age )

Result? dozens of 'schoolboys' 16/17 years old sending me a barrage of texts along the lines of:

'Wots ur rate luv. Am 16 but ope u dont want id 2check this? ' 

I only do outcalls so my minimum rate is quite expensive, but I would rather give this up completely than sell myself for less..

Is it normally quiet over the school holidays?
My agency said as my picture went on the website over the weekend and that I'm a new girl, I should be really busy and easily get 8-10 clients a week.
Ok, so I did see two clients yesterday, had a booking today but the client messed me about so the agency cancelled it..

But I'm thinking with the school holidays is it normally quieter? Also I've heard alot to do with the credit crunch lately..so are people just not spending?
Im due on my period on the 13th so I want to make as much money as possible as I wont be able to work for a week.

So yeah,, I know its hard to predict and you never know when your going to get calls..just wondering is it expected to be quieter? xxx

yes, ive been doing this for less than a year now and have already noticed that its quiet during the school breaks. it makes sense tho, most guys are away with their families/taking advantage of the days off.
 
I dont know if things have changes in terms of agencies and new girls, from reading and what others have said to me i did expect to be rushed off my feet as soon as my images went live... it didnt happen. one of my agents was realistic with me and said that it can take a little while to get busy as most clients have their favorite girls already. I found that after my first review i started getting more regular bookings.

but hey, i guess it depends on agency, location, advertising, your images and all that good stuff. There are sooo many WG's out there!

Ah ok - Im hoping its because of the Easter break. I personally dont like the pictures that are on the website - I dont have my face on the site but the pictures do not bring out the best of my figure. I feel like I look like the white chubby ugly duckling of the site I wouldnt be suprised if Im not getting bookings because the unflattering pictures or maybe I'm being harsh on myself? x
