Really busy on tour yesterday but absolutely dead today; not even one booking.

A real ‘Wank Wednesday.’

And I was mad busy yesterday, but Tuesday was crap 😂 (although I did engineer it to a degree by putting the AW available today thing on, which guarantees nothing bar a tidal wave of shit; I was tired and couldn't be bothered with more than a couple). Steady today, I think.

Well I did something I never do, and worked late, which resulted in 3 bookings so I turned it around, but I think I’ll be putting this destination on the back burner.

I’m not sure if it’s more unpredictable work - wise because of Easter as I’ve had no cause for complaint this year so far.

I can never work late as my son gets in from work. He won't be leaving home for three more years either!

I think I would try to work ten am to 8 pm then instead of finishing latest four pm.

Hey ho.

My last time away in Edinburgh as noted above was shocking for 2 days, and the last day it was like fighting then off with sticks. I'm not usually a b2b worker but I worked from 11am that day straight until 11.30pm with a 3 hour booking to wrap it up. Made things worth while.

Back up in Central London and 2 days so far have been cracking but I have many regulars, also had plenty of new people which was nice. Yesterday evening went dead from 6
7pm and then come 11pm I had over 20 missed calls throughout the night I've never seen anything like it. And today, dead as a doornail lol. Not one enquiry, one phone call, nothing. My bets were to work the weekend though where people are in a good vibe rather than try do anything next week when people are nursing hangovers and getting kids back into routine from the holiday and if it fails today I will know for future reference to leave Good Friday.

Hope everyone has a good weekend earner.

Pleased with my day today - 3 x 1 hr, which is my daily max availability.  Exceeded my usual target yesterday, very pleased. Now heading into the weekend.

Today was meh, profitable but not worth hanging round central on a bank holiday and very quiet phone. This is just how it is nowadays. I've gone home

The week seemed to get off to a good start, an hour on Monday, and hour on Tues... then zilch  :-[
Had a message Saturday from a guy I've seen before wanting an hour on bank holiday Monday, great I think .... come Sunday morning he cancels it with some flimsy excuse  :FF
This happens so often now, sometimes multiple times a week when in years gone by it hardly ever happened, could go months without a cancellation, really pisses me off.
A few years ago I'd take a booking and think great I've got that money coming in but now until that money is actually in your hand/bank account there is no point even thinking about it.
