I think it also depends on how long you want to do this for and how many days a week... I'm happy to work hard as I'm not available every day and don't plan to do this for many years.

1k is possible if you limit your availability, work in a busy city, you offer most services and you aren't picky with clients. But of course this will increase risk of burn out etc
