I think it is daft to increase prices when it is slow.

I'm kind of swithering about mine, although was thinking of dropping at least half hour and hour bookings as I only do outcalls and have very limited availability, so also increasing prices might be too much

I'm not looking to lower my prices but offering specials for advanced bookings would be a great idea in terms of extra time rather than hourly discounts as I'm low volume anyway and clients always end up staying past the allotted hour.

Only problem with that is I have known guys cancel advance bookings with little notice so you may lose out on guys who wanted that day and time

Yesterday I was really busy, today not one call or message. Just the way it seems to go at the minute unfortunately.

I’m finding it the same. Last week was on tour started off ok then suddenly went dead. I have found since late October time it’s went quiet.

It's been the slowest week I've ever had this last week. I turned up to my sauna (I independent through aw and work from a choose your own days n hours sauna), loads of girls on shift, way too many, made £100 then cut my losses and went home, no point competing 15 other women (usually 4 or 5) for barely any client's, waste of time but atleast I made some money.

I'm aw from home now till next Sunday when there is less comp on, had a few enquiries so hoping it picks up tomorrow and Saturday when I'm free

Yes, it's been quiet and seems to get quieter. I think COVID is still holding some customers back there is much less old clients visiting my sauna than when I was there last 9 years ago. With Xmas coming up many clients are probably feeling the pinch. And more girls working, see my previous post. It's tough out there. I dont think the money is in the game like it was 10+ years back

Long tours are not worth it atm because it's too random. I find the xmas month not very good for the last 2 or 3 years. I think a lot don't have the money to spend before Xmas.

Very slow for me, I'm not even getting any messages. I'm happy to coast for now but I'll be making some tweaks and changes to my profile in the new year to freshen things up a bit. At the moment I'm working one day per week up north but I want to change that and do a stretch of four days per month in London. Risky for sure but I know London very well and have potential clients who follow me on twitter so I feel like taking the plunge for the new year. I'm quite niche so I feel it's worth taking a risk. Can't be any worse than the current stale situation!
