Good point I have been telling them on the phone to pack your face mask even if your beliefs are otherwise best to walk in easy with a mask on and not get stopped as the rules are to wear a mask for inside the hotel. All clients have been fine with it. At times you have to baby these clients.
I put this is in a text when they enquire about booking as you might get the odd one who says he exempt - and then I won’t see them
And when they say they are at my hotel I send them a text to remind them
Something along the lines of
No problem with visiting the hotel as long as you wear a mask you won’t get stopped so please make sure you wear a face mask
Don’t forget to wear a face mask when entering the hotel xxxx
I remind them to put it on when they leave as well 😂
