I'm only seeing regulars and returnees at the moment purely because I don't want people aren't familiar with my building crashing around the place or fucking up the door entry system, but it's ticking over steadily so fingers crossed I can keep pootling along until things settle down. I sympathise with the people who can only do outcalls as that must be horrific - the hotels near me all seem to have a permanent patrol at the door.

I took my number off AW a couple of weeks ago and that alone has been bliss; I hadn't got round to putting my paid ads back up after last time anyway, so at least I haven't wasted money :).

I think I mentioned before that unfortunately since I arrived in this area just before lockdown it’s been impossible to build up regulars. I’d say 95% of genuine queries have been via phone too (as well as all the idiots!)

I took a few months out came back, and was literally just starting to have a few returners.

Then bam the second lockdown in England put the kibosh on that totally.

Flitting between steady and busy in Leeds, most is repeat business or regulars. Which is a god send as 80% of newbies have client eye warnings.

Hi, I've been quite busy November and since December started my phone stopped ringing. Dead. Not even time wasters! Anyone experiencing the same? I'm in London.

Yes! I wasn’t super busy end of month, but busy enough(plenty of tw and asses to go around though)
The last few days it’s been super quiet for me, not even my blocked folder is piling up.
Laughed at myself that it’s been so unusually quiet I even called my work phone to ensure it was working  :P :P

phew! I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's so weird, my business has always gone through the same "cycles/patterns" when it comes to busy/non busy. These days nothing makes sense anymore  ???

I'm in London, outcall only. After spending another lockdown at home, alone, I am really relieved, thankful even, that all my December slots are fully booked and deposits paid.

Keeping everything crossed it picks up for everyone.

I think it is the time of the year.
The lockdown restrictions have genuinely affected lots of business adversely  :FF so people keep their money for Christmas celebrations, family, kids etc. So no time for the extra luxury of punting, as they consider it...  :(

As the AW system does not allow any bookings, I feel not worth the risk and don't do anything. Actually I have removed the escort facility until January. Only phone chat and content if and when
Where pleasure takes me!

I think business isn't as busy as it used to be simply because over the years there's more people doing SW. The market is saturated and that's why it's quieter and will continue to be so. I think the other things affect business s bit here and there but in my view it's down to more competition?

Every time this gets posted it neglects to mention that as well as more sex workers there are also far more punters, since there are also far more (many either very cheap or free) targeted advertising channels available. I remember when I used to pay £80-100 a week for a crap newspaper ad with no pictures, prices, services or anything else remotely useful and it was basically seen by people in my town plus a handful of surrounding villages  :-\.

I haven't worked much over the last couple of weeks because I've had other things on, but as somebody in a similar area representing pretty much the opposite way of working (incalls at short notice and no advance bookings or deposits) this week has been steady to busyish until today, when it's been nothing short of silly. I had to turn three regulars down which I hate doing, and I'm not looking forward to eventually putting my number back on AW.

Hi Amy!

I've been wondering how things have been going for you and am glad all is going well. Given yesterday was official first day out of lockdown in our area, am not surprised you had to turn people away! Fingers the men of AW behave when you reinstate your number.

As you know, working during lockdown just isn't an option for me, and to be honest, I had written off doing anything in December too and starting afresh in the new year. However, suddenly, in the space of last weekend, all of December's slots got filled. There's definitely something in the air as even I found myself turning two away as I just can't figure out how to fit them in. I've also taken quite a few bookings for January and February too.

Am going to drop you a mail too  :)

My two regulars this week had to cancel because of work.  Nothing to do with money.

The clients I do see aren't affected financially.

Not worked beyond Monday this week as have had a migraine plus my son has upset me greatly by failing all his gcse mocks having put no effort in so not full of the joys and not felt up to working.  Will try again from Monday ....

I'm reluctant to start working properly again until next year too due to all the timewasters and undesirables. I only had five bookings in November and ten in October. Most of the decent clients I accept have all but disappeared this year as they either can't get away from home or are older so they're shielding. I'm so thankful for my regulars!
