Got an hour with an old reg this afternoon and then it's chill time 

I find weekends are just more hit and miss than weekdays, which in any one area I can usually bet on a fairly accurate estimation of how the day will go (bookings at lunch time, quiet spell, a few after work hours and maybe one late one if I work it) but weekends never seem to establish anything like a pattern IMO, I guess because clients are not behaving in more uniform ways as they are on weekdays (obviously not everyone works 9-5 mon-fri but I find most my clients do roughly at least).

That said I don't necessarily find them less busy but I get more young guys, international guys - basically guys less likely to have childcare responsibilities etc I find these sorts tend to be less likely to book in advance so I wouldn't worry too much about not having advance bookings. The other I used to notice is, it often 'kicks off later', as in I find bookings start to roll in after lunch. Maybe because of hangovers/lie ins etc

I'm finding myself working nearly every day just to get by.weekends included, though last weekend was a waste of time just Time wasters. Just got my period so looks like a couple of days off now.

Ah, after living off my savings I am thinking about getting back to touring. I just find it very exhausting and also you never know what to expect. I guess I am not the only one with these issues? 

Monday to Wednesday was ok but today was dire really quiet I made a SMALL profit today but no where near my target

Finished a 2 day tour yesterday in Heathrow. First day was manic and  had to turn away alot of guys as coudnt fit them all in and then the second day quiet.. only 3x 1hr on day 2. its such a hit and miss.

That's a good day for me!

I am sorry for everyone's struggles but it gives me comfort that it's nothing I'm doing wrong!

When i work in my city 2 or 3 a day is a good day but on tour about 6 is a good day for me, but ive had tours where ive been to a location and its been super busy with 9 or 10 ×1hr and then ive gone back in a few months and its been dead!!!! Last time i was in Heathrow it was appaling (approx 2 or 3 a day) i see that many local so it doesnt justify doing a tour and paying hotel costs for the same amount of clients. There is no pattern and no reason some tours are amazing and others not as good. We can only hope for the best

Sae here, more or less. In my base city I'd be happy with 2-3 but would want a few more than that when touring. Although these days, if I did 10 one hours in one day I think I'd need to lie down for a week with a series of bottles of brandy to recover lol...
