Not that busy last few days
This morning I had a client, saw him second time. Very friendly chap.
I took the money upfront, but didn't count it, because he's so friendly, right?
I just checked it now and it's £40 short. How many times do I have to get underpaid before I finally learn to count the money EVERY SINGLE TIME with EVERY SINGLE CLIENT. FFs
Absolutely AGREE with this Count every SINGLE time!!
It has happened to me various times too until I aknowledged the more you see someone, yes even those really nice, friendly ones
the MORE likely they are to do this unfortunately
and i've no doubt it's on purpose
I always now say 'how much is there' and let them say, and then check it, often at that point they will 'admit' it by saying 'oh 130' and i'll say 'it should be 150' etc and funnily enough they always seem to have the extra amount to hand
