awww good for you. Understand that feeling. I miss doing my afternoon workouts. When I had time I did 2 a day and I was insane shape. Loved my body but with escorting and all the last min meets I get its just not possible. Me too i decrease a lot my workouts...to stay more focused on the business! but i am still going! i think it is part of the job to take care well of body and mind! still going 3 times week early morning!
i am working today and i got a booking on Monday but yes even with green light is very slow.
i didn t met my target today but i am happy that at least i got a nice booking! already finish so now netflix!
some fitness documentary to be motivated for a tomorrow workout (depend if i got some booking i will skip it, too tiring for my body/mind)
now that it is slow a prat netflix, it is good book dentist and other think! i know already that 19/20/21/22 of each month is bad! so time to take care of my self and take some rest!
