Think the England match on Saturday is an afternoon match but will have to double check.
It is only once every 4 years so after 15th July things can get back to normal.
I watch footie with regulars for a long booking - so all good. (btw I don't charge guys for watching the footie!)
I think the ongoing heat can affect bookings, especially during the day but evenings cooler thank goodness.
Good luck England for the next match - it keeps us all in a good mood for a while and we all need that!

i hope that will be before than 15th...getting bored and i need of my daily sex!
so waiting to get some booking from punters that do not like sport in general...even they are not matching with my profile as i have a fitness body! if there is `normal` in our job??? ahha i do not know!  ;D ;D
more i do not like to work in the evening... :FF because i waking up so early and like 8pm i am already dreaming!

Men who have booked me in the last few days have not mentioned the footie once and I don't think they were fans. Not all men are supporters of any team and world cup matches mean little. I am not a fan myself but confess I did watch the closing moments last night and those penalty shots were scary.

All in all I have not noticed any difference in booking numbers during the world cup games.

So once again World Cup feaver took us by storm yesterday and I’m very happy we won. However I’m on a ten day tour and my phone didn’t ring once yesterday  :(

Anyone else finding its quiet the day of and day after the match. And now we have another one on Saturday. Bad times when your in a hotel. I think a pub day is needed for the next one.

I feel for you especially being stuck in a hotel and paying for the privilege. I have found phone very very quiet this week.

I also was in a hotel yesterday and did not have one booking took today off expecting it to be quiet and I could have been busy

I didn’t work Monday but yesterday I had two advance bookings and I had  an advance booking today and they all came through so I’m getting off to a nice start to the month!

Im doing oddly fairly well when the football is on but looking back also finding the day after the popular matches quiet. I wonder (if like me) some guys dread the idea of the pub when the football is on or their friends are all at the football so they come to us?
