Yesterday I booked a hotel for 67 pounds, had to also pay a 50 pound deposit. I put my ad up, and had a few calls, and had 2 bookings planned as it was in the evening. NONE of them called to confirm. I was so disappointed and distraught. I spent all the money I had left in my account  travelling to London, buying new lingerie  and booking my hotel so I began to wonder if this job was as really for me. I fell asleep, woke up and no calls! Even worse, I was just fed up to have wasted my time  coming to London.

 Then after midnight a call finally came through, he actually texted me - at first I thought he was a time waster due to the constant texts but I thought to myself 'what have I got I to lose??'

I never thought I would actually have the guts to do this job, but I did it!!! I finally had  my first booking! I was soooo nervous at first but then managed to relax! Then this morning I also had another booking, both men were absolutely  lovely!

I'm dead in Brighton. Hoping things pick up in Gatwick for the weekend.

For God's sake has something been put in the water this week. Absolutely dire bookings wise. Then since Thursday nothing but morons, timewasters and cancellations. I'm touring and I have a regular I thought was kosher saying this area was actually better for him, but just seems to be messing me around.

 

Especially touring advice from clients is to be taken lightly. They are not our friends

That may yet happen for me here unless things pick up. Give me strength its like every single type of TW has been testing me. Latest was someone texting and ignoring 2 texts from me asking him to call. That's my limit, and instead he sends another text.  Way to go to be called out as a TW and blocked dude.
