1 turned up the other didn't so not too bad today in the end.

Picked up a bit for me later on =)

I had an hour and three half hrs yesterday, and 2 cancellations. One of the half hrs turned up with practically half the fee.. So i did a very minimal service in a very disgruntled fashion and promptly blocked him as soon as he left. I am getting loads and loads of stupid time waster enquiries at the moment. It is so bloody annoying. 

3 bookings this week. 1 half hour, 2 hours. Not worth doing the job anymore. Been quiet for 6 months really. Odd weeks hitting my targets, the rest just scrapping by. I used to clear 10-15 clients a week, now lucky to see 5-8. Crap crap crap especially as theyre mostly half hour bookings

I have noticed I get more half hours than 1 hours these days ...

It's too late for free cancellation on my hotel now so I might as well go in and give it a go. I've renewed and updated my backpage, viva street, PTMY and have phone showing on AW and available today.

Phones been ringing but I'm at home and can't answer atm so have nothing booked in, I hope to god I get some once I'm at the hotel otherwise I'm seriously considering packing in this indie work altogether and going back to agency work 

Once I was checked in to my hotel and able to answer the phone, calls were pretty much none existent. Sod's law.

Had three clients all ringing for the same time, two regs and one newbie. Because the newbie rang first I accepted his booking and surprise surprise, 15 mins before he was due he cancelled. Thankfully managed to get one of the regs who rang, to book 90 mins last minute so the stupid newbie done me a favour.

First time in fucking ages I've doubled my overheads, sounds ridiculous being really happy about that but with work being so dire recently I'm over the moon that I've made a profit and not debt
