The idea that somebody feels this kind of almost entitlement to earn this sort of amount for throwing a profile together on one site and then doing pretty much nothing else in the way of advertising seems completely bizarre to me as a non-Adutwork relying person.

As for giving them 50 quid a week, I'm fortunate enough not to need to (the expensive features are redundant where I am), but back in the Dark Ages my newspaper ads used to cost me ?80-100 a week for a line or two of text with no prices, services and definitely no photies, so forgive me if I'm not quite getting the violins out .

I used to pay for 3 lines 4 days a week in a local newspaper ?170.

I agree Amy AW don't do any more advertising ( if any ) now than they did back when I joined which was 2007
moaning about ?50 a week advertising cost when making ?500 a day seems weird To me
I probably spend ?50 ?100 a week on advertising when im working but ive always spent around this amount so it never really bothers me and im generslly pretty busy if ive got my act in gear
And im another one from the dark ages of newspapers where my local paper & trade it used to cost over ?200 a week so ?100. Week is dirt cheap and a bargain

There's a ranking thing called Alexa that tracks the most frequently-visited sites. Well, it ranks all sites in order of visitor traffic and so functions similar to television ratings.

Of the top UK sites to do with escorts/punting, AW is far and away the highest ranking. It's ranked 265 out of all UK websites. Punternet comes in second at 3,665.

The ranking list I saw did not include Vivastreet or Backpage, perhaps because they didn't fit the category as sites. Even if you got their rankings it's hard to say how many visitors are going for adult listings and how many for used cars, etc.

Ugh, well to top it off I've now lost all motivation even though I've now got an hour at 8pm. I don't normally work that late but got no choice really and just waiting for a reg to confirm a booking so fingers crossed.

Yeah funnily enough I've had the same issue with guys being scared of hotels.
Well i have a 45min at 5.30 and an hour at 8. Come 5.30 my last booking will have been 5 hours ago!!!

So as a result i am literally far from motivated and have no idea how I'll get through these 2 bookings. I'm soo tired from doing nothing all day

Think after my 45min i'm going to go out for food and a starbucks to try wake myself up. Roll on 9pm!

I'm willing to bet no one has had as slow a week as me. OK so last week enforced time off. This week:

Monday: zero bookings but OK its the end of my period I don't mind too much.

Tuesday still no bookings. Ditto Wednesday.

In desperation I reregister on Friday Ad. But all I get are complete knob heads.

Thursday and Friday zero bookings!

Which brings the total for this week to a whacking zero! I have a regular tomorrow night but not until 7:30 (yawn) and he's one of my least favorites but I feel forced to see him.

I give up I really do. The only answer is..... wine!
