Why do u think it's been so utterly dead this month? I usually find its better once the sun comes out but certainly not the case recently.

Just a 15 min quickie in the end.Better than nowt though I guess.Why is it slow?Well its the first week back to school for alot of the kids and parents will be skint.Also for alot of folk its just before pay day.

I haven't found it slow this month at all, in fact last week was my second best week of the year and it's shaping up to be the best month of the year so far, hoping to beat January's total. I did however up my advertising and pay for a couple of new ads it really does help when it seems to be getting quiet to pay a few quid for premium spots, they more than pay for themselves.

Same here the last month has been really good.   it's a little bit quiet yesterday but I agree that upping advertising in other places generally pays off when it's quiet

My month has been good. It's not busy but it's not dead either. Just getting enough to help me put money to one side to cover my London tour and still be comfortable  :)

I have had 1x  2 hour booking and 2 x 1 hour to come... this is why I love my agency  cause my personal AW is dead x

Today has been mental for me, only just sat down. Done a half hour, a 45min and 2x 1hours. Got an hour as well at 5.30 with a reg then I'm done cause I'm starting to look like a badgers arse! There's only so many touch up jobs you can do with hair and make up lol.

Haha same for me now had 1 X 2 hour bookings, a 1 hour booking and still got 2 x 1 hour bookings to go. All through agency. I know it's a dirty word on this forum but for those who are quiet has anyone considered it to fill in those quiet times? Or are you mostly ex agency anyway?
