This area is very specific for me. I realised is very quiet during the winter time and very busy during spring and summer but today Elizabeth line was closed  and most of tubes had issues  :FF :FF I was traveling back home 2.5hrs instead of an hour.  :FF

For those who have noticed a decline in inquiries/bookings/waiting lists:

When would you say that decline started, was there a specific point?

I’ve noticed gradual decline since September 2022. Very few advance bookings, fewer returners, or returning less often and booking shorter durations.

I find it difficult to pinpoint a decline as such.

What I do find is that tours are inconsistent, but they always have been. I’ll have a banging busy tour or two, even three, then one crap one. Sometimes I might have two crap ones in a row, which is when I retreat and work at home.

I do find that some touring destinations go off the boil and have to be abandoned in favour of new ones.

I would agree it’s not as busy as it was years ago but I can’t really remember the date. I would say maybe 4 or 5 years.

I just put it down to everything changing, the economy, clients getting bored with you etc.

It’s a fickle old job but I still enjoy it, although it’s not by any means a huge earner any more but certainly much better than a professional job on civvy street.

Ah I see, didn't realise as I drive usually. I recieved the same volume of calls but the quality significantly worse. Constant 15 mins requests and asking for extra things here (I only offer bj for 15mins) so taking the piss basically. Someone even asked does domination include the 15 min price lmao...

The others I was willing to book after further investigation, had millions of reports or just started to ask stupid questions. Highlight of the day was a long booking from a good regular who will travel to me anywhere in London, a new customer who will return and another 30 mins who i think will return again. Still stressful netherless!

I’ve noticed gradual decline since September 2022. Very few advance bookings, fewer returners, or returning less often and booking shorter durations.

For me there was a definite shift from late 2023 (I would say from October 2023). It was as if new clients completely disappeared for me and I was seeing 80% regulars, plus new clients were rarely booking again.
I think for me the problem was the new AW website, it’s so shit and difficult to navigate for new users. I always use the old school version of the website but I wonder if new clients even know how to switch to that version.
After a year of crap business it started to pick up in autumn 2024 for me again.

I am in London and do a lot of outcalls, and I definitely have seen a change to type of locations I visit. It used to be 5 star hotels and multi million pound houses & beautiful apartments in the best areas quite regularly, now I mostly visit Hiltons and premier inns, haven’t been to a really nice private residence for a loooong time. It’s like those very wealthy clients disappeared for me.

Since the pandemic for me. Pre covid I was booked up a month or two in advance! Now I have to put my green light on and display my number. Never did that before.
Sometimes I’m really busy, other times I’m not but I feel I have to work harder to get the work in. Maybe I’ve just gotten lazy, actually? lol

But I deffo feel a change since Covid

I returned to the internet in August 2022 after taking time out due to the pandemic.  I couldn’t believe how busy it was, it felt like the golden days of the oughties. Some enquiries were regulars wanting to reconnect but I was also receiving enquiries via email daily from newbies and for advance bookings.

It dropped off for me March/ April 2023 and these days I’m lucky if I receive more than one email a week for new business  :(

I have a couple of theories:

1) The boomers with their gold plated pensions have been propping up the industry and are now either retiring so can no longer provide a cover story at home or are unable to perform with age so some don’t see the point in booking a lady or are sadly passing away.

2) Younger clients just don’t seem to have the disposable income to see us as much as they’d like to and also, have got so used to watching porn and being able to ‘DIY’.

3) The industry is now saturated with us ladies so chaps have so many more profiles to trawl through.

Here’s hoping as the younger clients become more financially secure they choose to spend their disposable income on us.

Stay safe

Has anyone worked in Tower Hill on a Friday recently? Just debating whether it’s worth to add an extra day on. Not sure which days are wfh anymore as I know a lot have been made to go into office more.

Every company has a different policy for office days and some guys if they like the look of you would plan to come in the office to see you so I don't think a particular day is more popular. It will also be pay day for many people as it's last and this month first working day of the month as the 1st is on Saturday.
