Ohh, look at Joey doing the Welsh accent there! Yes, that guy on the boat shouting 'Anybody alive out there' was Welsh! We are all brilliant boat people here you see.... Hmmm...
Anyhow - I have had a crazy busy past 2 weeks and nothing at all this week, not a one, not a single standing upright male! I had a half an hour but he never confirmed and really, can I be bothered to tog up for half an hour on a Thursday afternoon after a week of nothing? Not really...
I have been getting on with boring jobs like glossing the hallway, all those bloody stair spindles... You take it as it comes I guess, you recognise a good run and prepare for a quiet spell after - it's always gone that way for me. It's one of the reasons I love what I do. I can work for a week or two and then not work for an entire week meaning time off and relax and bugger about with silly things like repainting the woodwork. At the end of a month, cash balances out so why worry too much? When the going is good, I take full advantage of it. When the going is slow, I relax and enjoy the fact I can take a walk on the beach at midday if I wish, when others are in their offices, stuck, bored and depressed.

Abby, Im glad that you are still posting with us today. I remember at one point, me and you were having mini-therapy sessions on topics like this...and to see that we both made it thru is proof that it may take some time, and things can get slow. But eventually something just clicks and we're on to something.

And me too...I've been doing mundane task as well. This week...I 'tried' to fix some dents in my car, buying drills to remove stuck bolts, and basically just being a handy man LOL. Now, I have to put them away and get back to 'work'.

AW has been a dead loss for me for several months now.  There are fewer reverse bookings available than ever, and those that do get put up are wasters looking for dirty emails.  I've decided to focus on other sites because AW hasn't been worth the effort for a long time.

I have had a really weird couple of weeks - last week included my busiest day since I became an escort (4 appointments, and my boyfriend came over in the evening as well, I was shattered!) and my quietest (one 15 min booking). This week has been better, Monday and Tuesday were about average, Wednesday was busy and yesterday WOULD have been busy if a time waster hadn't made a 2 hour appointment for the evening and then texted to say he'd be half an hour late and then not shown up! So I had to turn down two other potential clients I could have fit into the 2 wasted hours. Blah.

All that Im coming late B.S., I had someone do that to me and he got it good. Or shall I say, he got in bad...cause I was mad  >:(

Just when you are sooo bored because it is so quiet the buses roll into town.

Had 9 jobs in 36 hours and my nipples feel like radio dials and my bits feel like sandpaper.  I need an ice bath like Eddie Izzard in marathon man.  Serves me right. Probably go quiet again now.

Still the worst months since my records begain though!

Clocks change tonight - hopefully the end of the "Narnia" endless winter.

You know...it really just takes time and patience. Its hard to maintain it when things are so slow, but eventually it pays off. The benefits of perserverance and creativity is empowering.

By the way, our time changed last week! Where you been Europe? LOL. In addition, the weather (which you mentioned) today was absolutely magnificent. Today, I had gotten a hotel on the high floor, and it just happened to have a balcony with a full sized sliding door. I was able to open the door while the sheer see-thru curtans were closed, and the wind and sunny weather was blowing the curtains over the edge of the balcony and into the room, which reminded one of my guest of South France LOL.

Better weather has already arrived! Go away Old man winter!

Unlike some of our former colonies, which cannot even all change the clocks on the same day in the same country :) the whole of the European Union does it at the same moment on the same day.

I know I am completely out of place here but was it Joey who typed it or do I need to get glasses?

Joey, you're a gem when in a good mood.

Haha! So if we are truely part of a unified Europe we would not be asking. Sorry a bit deep for a Wednesday morning.

Another day another rant.....but seriously I have had one 30 min booking in 2 weeks. I know things can be slow but I am wondering if I am even sellible these days. I am broke I am exhusted and pissed off. I am not doing anything different from last time I am in fact being more marketing aware then last time. I havent put on shit loads of weight (not that it matters) and my face hasn't been ripped off so whats happening!

Its me I just know its me.

You must feel very frustrated  :(

Apart from making sure that your marketing and pics are good etc., I'm not sure what to suggest. I do not think it is you at all, it is probably just a slow few weeks etc, I know that this month in general has been pretty slow for me. I know its really infuriating, but all you can do is wait it out and not give up. As you say your appearance hasn't changed and your marketing is better so it just cannot be you. Maybe you could go on tour?  Just to get away from the place, sometimes changing environment can really help, not to mention that you will probably make a little more money. Also it could test your theory of it being you, and give you a confidence boost  :)

You can always use my place  ;D

Sending you hugs xx
