I did 7 bookings last week, but only one the week before and 8 the week before that.

I have a couple lined up for later this week with regulars, but that's about it.
These days there are no Prince Charmings. A girl just has to be her own hero

I’ve done Birmingham and Heathrow this week and it’s dead as a door nail. It made me start to think I seriously need to have a plan B. I need to get some other skills and not rely on this as a fill time income anymore. The amount of time wasters in Heathrow is doing my head in. Every client has multiple warnings for all kinds of awful stuff. I have noticed a massive drop off since half term.

I was wondering if Black Friday has something to do with it?

As it lasts for a week these days or more.

Any thoughts?

I work from 9 am to 9 pm usualy 6 days a week.  I'm touring cities in Scotland.
There is obviously a serious setback in work.  I had 6-8 guests a day at the beginning of this year and even in the summer.  Mostly 1 hour bookings.  After from September and October is much weaker.  I have an average of 3-5 bookings a day and 90 percent are 15- 30 minutes.

If it isn't Black Friday being the reason it must be the increasing cost of living.

Perhaps keep our prices competitive.

I gave up yesterday, one booking and two the day before.  There has definitely been a slow down since the summer.  For other reasons (mainly my booking having been cancelled) I am taking the rest of the week off, only had two incall potential bookings anyway, it just is not worth it just to end up with enough for the rent.

"the reason it must be the increasing cost of living."...
That's exactly what I think is the reason! :'(

Tbh, I think it's all relative to which market you're catering to, how big your client base it, coupled with what your targets how/what you class as busy.

I went into this month with no bookings from any of my UK clients which was expected given travel to US was about to open up and knew they would be headed out there. However, several US clients have resurfaced, and I have been busy enough already this month that I do not have to worry about how the rest of this month pans out.

I think this could be it too but things have improved a bit this week, heard from a few guys I've not seen since the first lockdown though a lot of the older guys still haven't resurfaced.
I have no intention of reducing my rates though, the guys that really want to see you will pay.
The lady that said she was seeing 6 to 8 a day before... wow good on you! I'd be happy with that a week. As Miffy said, what anyone classes as busy is very subjective.
Fingers crossed that guys will be treating themselves in the run up to Christmas!

My plan up to Christmas now is to stop touring altogether have a cheap hotel
The next city up from where I live which i can get to in 15 mins in my car. Sleep in my own bed each night and web cam and film content. I’ve spent the last two weeks spending silly money on hotels just to break even. Input my profile in London and didn’t get any calls. It’s grim.

Gosh I was pondering a mini-tour in Central London, but looking at hotel prices and seeing your post has just put me off it. 😕

I'm so worried at the minute, I just came back to my home city from a tour and all i'm getting so far is timewasters and arseholes. I've never worked this time of year so not sure if it's normal, but this is my sole source of income and it doesn't help that me and my SO are living out of Airbnb and hotels.  :FF :FF :FF :(

It's probably busier walking the streets! I'm just setting myself to outcalls only until next month  ::)
