I seem to recall last year the second half of the school holidays was better than the first half.

Next year there is no way I am touring the first two weeks of school holidays.  Pointless.

I’m in Liverpool Street and it’s dead as a doornail. Awful when you book a hotel and your just sat in it.

thst is the worst frustration .. had a few of those tour situations in the past .Brentwood Essex was the worse 

3 bookings so far this week with two more for tomorrow. Fingers crossed they go ahead!

Uuurgh not a single booking all week so far! Phone so dead I've even messaged and called myself to see if it's still working! I can't do tomorrow evening or Sunday either. Desperately in need of cash these next couple of weeks now too. Aaaargh!!

I decided to cancel two day rooms this week.  Thought it would be too quiet.

Going on one more tour before end of school holidays next week.  3 days.  I have to come home evenings as I have a teenager son but it is usually good but in July I went and as it was holidays it was terrible.  We shall see!

Thankfully it really picked up after I paid for AT on adultwork. Sometimes that seems to work sometimes it doesn’t x

Dead In Croydon and dead In Hither green 

I had a sweet little job at lunchtime and hung on in case any more calls. Had me mojo on so keen for more! Gave up, very few people trudging around must be peak of holidays, on my way to the shops for a snack and home, I got quad-booked for the same time   I always get these unexpected 'emergency' jobs when I've given up and browsing hobnobs in tescos. So just done one lengthy booking and asked the other three to contact me next week.
