All this offering money back when a client decides to change things is what causes problems in my opinion, if it was a mutual cancellation fair enough but the client got a bit stroppy and wanted her to leave that is not her fault. Being asked to leave so late in the morning I think she deserved to keep the money and maybe he will think twice and others like him who thinks it's perfectly fine to mess people around in order to get money back. Maybe that client didn't think that way but there are clients that do hope for some kind of reimbursement for taking the p.

I too would rather see a dozen guys ( spread nicely over a 2-3 week interval ) than be stuck in a bed in a Hotel room with Mr.Groper-from-hell.

I am rarely available to consider overnights anyway as I have a 2nd job, but a few months ago I agreed to a 5 hour Hotel-room booking from late morning until late afternoon.
The first couple of hours were ok-doing all the stuff for the first time etc- but after that it was just torture for me. The guy came at least twice every 30 minutes for the entire duration and I had cabin fever before we were half way through. You know when you think you will never feel your nipples and nether regions again as they have been gnawed, sucked and tweaked into oblivion? $:-\$

He called me again recently, requesting a WEEKEND booking and there would be no amount of money that would make me consider this ( with him

That's just it was agreed with him but nothing always goes to plan.
