Just found my profile published with these jokers, who advertise themselves as an "adult dating service".
They've ripped my photos from Backpage (so thankfully not my AW profile pics) and written a complete load of drivel that makes me sound like English is my second or third language, oh and that I'm down for free hookups.
I've sent them an email requesting immediate removal. I'd suggest everyone searches for their info - I left the "city" blank as they have randomly put me in Scotland, and just searched the main part of my work name (eg if I was "Anal Anabelle" then I would just search "Annabelle".)

To which I replied, "Please do not insult my intelligence by trying to tell me that I sleepwalked onto your website and published a really low quality advert.
Either your are scraping profiles from backpage, or you've employed someone to get profiles on the site who is scraping profiles from backpage. Suggestion: stop doing whichever it is."

Yes I was on their directory a couple of months ago as well. Had a few ridiculous calls from morons wanting to "date" me haha. Got quickly deleted though.

I have found my pictures with flash information stating services I don't provide attached to number that's not my working number.

They just replied back to me with same response but added on that they have removed my details and blacklist number that was used.

Cracker has just copied my advert but skokka has created a brand new profile although not saying/promising anything bad it just pisses me off especially because the requests have been stupid such as can I arrive for an outcall within the hour at a far away location just like that without any planning etc :FF
To be honest, as advertising escort any publicity is good but it would be nice to have control of what is being published and how and where.....
Anyone know about these sites?

Which address did you use to contact them? Did they do anything with your email address?
From the language used on the Skokka profile made about me it appears as if the English used is off someone who is foreign and with bad a written English + grammar and it's not how I want to present myself.
Cracker has just copy & pasted my backpage ad but skokka is just unacceptable.

Cracker is good they will remove your details.
It's a good site when you have full control and paid for it.
Soka one I don't like never used it nor see it in first page search. They deleted my information with no hassle.

I found an advert of mine on there.... Id never even heard of Skokka before, id just googled my work number. The wording they had used was ridiculous "call me babe" etc!! as if I would ever use words like that :FF
I emailed them and got the same reply so I emailed back saying my ex boyfriend must have posted it and if they didn't remove it would become a police matter. 10Min's later it was removed ;)

I was contacted back in June via a phone call from an American speaking lady telling about a new website being launched called Skokka. She stated that they are an American company, now expanding worldwide and showed an interest in listing me on their site. Thought Id give it a try as I have nothing to loose and always looking for more places to advertise, and she was very polite and professional over the phone, but about a week later I noticed that I was listed in an area 1 hour from me and there was no option for me to list myself in the area Im actually in (even though I live in a highly populated city). I asked them when they would be updating their geo location to include the city I live in as I dont tour/travel that far for work and I got no response so I shut down my profile and left it as that.
More recently I was speaking with a fellow SW who found her profile on there. I mentioned to her the above, but after a bit of googling it turns out that my ad was back on the site! Same as others have mentioned on here (profile badly written) but I never got around to emailing them with a request to remove my ad.
Even more recently, in the space of 2-3 weeks Ive been receiving calls from a man this time telling me that they found me on Cracker and they are interested in listing me on their website. The fuck?! Each call I have stated that Im already on their website and they need to remove my profile. The last call I rec'd from them resulted in a very heated discussion where I was questioning their credibility and the fact that we had had the exact same phone call on at least three conversations where Id stated the same thing - that Im already on the site, they need to remove my profile and clearly they are &$*@&$ incompetent!!!
Well guess what? My profile is still there. Cunts!
Id highly recommend you guys check the website again after a few weeks or so to see if your profile "magically" appears back on their website :FF

Cracker is owned by Backpage, FYI, so your ad is automatically mirrored on both sites.

iv just got a text saying 'iv seen your add on skokka, can we meet up' confused I googled that with my number and low and behold theres my pics with aload of BS text offering things I deffo do not offer :FF hoping they will remove my profile and not mess me around

Skokka is a very famous page in Spain, for stealing profiles too. Normally they delete your profile when you write them an educated email. They do not give many problems.
My profile photos were also stolen 4 years ago ...

I had them do this to me this week, I messaged them and they took about a day and a half to get back to me. They said they've removed it and blacklisted my number so it doesn't get put up again. They were polite about it. Haven't had a chance to check if they've actually done it yet!

A caller informed me he found my advert on Skokka.com. I had a look and yes there I was, but they had rewritten my advert, the images and part of the text were lifted from Cracker/Backpage.
I never heard of this site before, not sure if it's linked to Backpage as it takes fees in Bitcoin like Backpage.
Ladies you might want to check if you are listed and if your details are correct. It had me listed as an escort when I only advertise massage HR on Backpage.

Bloody fuming!I just had some dick text me asking for a booking.I replied I wasn't working currently and he asked if I was sure as I had posted an ad on skokka today.Had a look and seemingly they posted an ad in May last year (so client was a moron anyway).All my ads have been taken down so they must have stolen my pics from somewhere a while ago.They even have the cheek to plaster their watermark on my pictures!Have contacted them anyway and demanded they take it down.Cheeky sods!

It's pretty much on the first page of most cities if you google the city and the words escort and variations of those words - It could be the new alternative to backpage 😂
Originally I asked them to remove me which they did
Then I emailed them and asked them for my log in details - which they gave me so I plan to edit my advert and take advantage of it .
It's ranks high on google searches and it's free so might as well try it as long as I have written the text myself and it has my pictures on it I'm quite happy to use them for free advertising

They also stole my details but the advert they posted was a mishmash of mine and another 'Gina" they had me down as a size 10 (I was a 16 at the time 😒)

They've pinched my details fairly recently, judging by the pictures. Phone number correct, and I'm not getting timewasting calls from it, so I'm leaving it up. Never know, might get work from it.

They phoned me a month or so ago, said that they saw me on my local escort and if they could include me on their site for free. I said that as long as it is free and looks good then they can do what they want. They emailed when they was done and I looked and I liked what they had done. I've had a few calls from it but not much.
They told me it was an Italian website.

As I'm reading about this new personal data protection law (GDPR) that will be enforced in EU in May 2018, we have to give an EXPLICIT consent to have our data stored or used.
So effectively all directories stealing profiles will be unlawful. Not that hey are acting within the law now...?
But it may be fairly easy to report them for unlawful activity?... ???
Hmm... but it applies to 'personal data', like name, email address, phone number.
Does an advert/ escorting profile classify as personal data? Rather not.

When you register a profile now, the verification photo is shown publicly by default, you need to be aware of checking the box to hide it in settings.
But according to this law, they will have to have your direct consent to show it. Hmm... unless they will hide it in Privacy Policy...
But Folks, after 25th May this year we will have the right to ask AW or anyone else to show us all the details they keep on us and to delete them permanently :) :) :)

And if they don't do that, we can report a concern with the data watchdog (ICO).

Considering that they did this for a lady doing a charge back I would imagine they will just delet your profile and refuse you access to the site to save themselves the headache

Good point, Paris!
But if I understand this new data protection law correctly, it can be useful in case when, for example:
- You decide to retire and want to have your data removed (from a website that you gave your data to in the first place, not third-party reviews etc)
- When you're setting up AW profile, now it's showing your verification photo by default; after this law comes up, you need to give direct consent for any data to be used, so it's the end of automatically clicked boxes (I think!)
- For any websites that steal photos and details, referring to this law and reporting them to ICO can be a good leverage when contacting them to remove your data.
And it doesn't matter if a company is based in Malta or whenever, if they want to do business in the EU, they have to comply with this law.
This is my understanding of GDPR, I might be wrong.

I've had some disturbing discoveries tonight; I googled my work number because I've had a few strange people message me including someone who said they say my profile on the "deepweb" which had me utterly freaked out.... so I googled my number and found my profile with full face pics old and new (someone's been coping my pics) and random text from various profiles I've had in the past on a website called shokka and one called ciakkara and en-gb.escort-advisor
All of these sites revealed my FULL FACE pictures, phone number and AW name
I am horrified and distressed to see my face with escort literally plastered all over the Internet I didn't agree to this and surely it's illegal and infringement? Can anyone offer legal advice or help?
Also my number comes up for posts on saafe that I've listed before is there anyway to delete them please.
Thinking about going into hiding... and yes I've emailed each website and asked them to remove my images and number!!!!

Merged. None of these sites are anything to do with the 'deep web', they're juat crappy directories using scraped content, although if there are face picture which you've never uploaded anywhere yourself that's different. There's plenty of info in the rest of the thread.
If you want to edit a SAAFE post you've made there is a Modify button at the top of each one.

Has anyone else heard of this site? I keep getting calls from men who have seen me on there and think I'm based in Bradford, which am not. I assume they've lifted my details from AW, obviously without my permission.
Have written to them to tell them to remove my ad, but no response as yet. Anyone else had this problem, or have any idea who's behind it?

They put me on but had mixed me up with another 'Gina' it was half my details and half hers. The advert read like English wasnt my first language and as I was calling myself English Gina G at the time made me sound very stupid. They also had ne down as a size 10 so anyone who would of booked me off tbe back of that ad would have been very disappointed.
Have you ticked the box on AW not to allow your profile for external advertising although im not sure if tbag would make any difference to a content grabbing site like Skokka

Yes I'm on it but I put myself on it, they didn't steal my address. Generally idiots who can't string a sentence together contacting me though. Foreign guys and those who message me 'hi' and nothing more. Honestly can't say if I've had any proper bookings from it or not.

I totally agree with you. The clientele who call are idiots nothing real comes from it. It is a waste, at least with vivastreet you go through a few dick heads to get the nice clients incall and outcall. Skokka nothing all rubbish.

Oh my, I’ve been getting 1-2 calls a week from guys in a different city I used to live in about 3yrs ago. I finally asked the last one where he found me and he said I was on escort rankings. I checked and I have 2 glowing reviews left last year from guys I am absolutely sure I never met
There is another site Ohoh24 that copied my profile off somewhere else and has me listed on their site. I have sent multiple emails to have it removed for months, no reply and it’s still up. The site is either not being monitored or they are plainly just ignoring my requests.

When I google my mobile number it doesn't come up though.
