It used to be an illegal act between a man and woman. Up until 1861 you could be hanged for it. It's fine now though.

It wasn't legalised between men & women until the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, the one that had the 'repetitive beats' definition of music, limited the right to silence, included simulated images in the definition of child porn, stopped councils having to provide sites for travellers and also reduced the age of consent for sex between men to 18.

As he was the person who seriously diluted the historic right to silence, I actually ROFLed when I heard.

It is unbelieavable that it took so long to legalise it in this country.  Even more strange that a nosey neighbour has inferred it is illicit in this day and age.  She sent me a long email complaining about clients parking outside where she lived and asked if I could ask them to park elsewhere so I replied that I would sort that out asap.  Luckily that was her only gripe I guess she was just adding that comment about anal sex to get some prejudice out of her system.  In addition she isn't concerned about what I do she just doesn't want guys parking where she lives.  So I have asked them to park elsewhere from now on.  This is the first complaint I have had in 4 years so I am not overly concerned.

Perhaps I should rotate where clients park on a fortnightly basis to get neighbours off the scent.  A lot of home owners where I live only work part-time if they are mums or are pensioners so stay at home a lot etc.

Well I was committing illegal acts from the age of 19 then which was from 1982!  Until it was regarded as legal.  Tut tut.
