I've always been easily aroused - either by civy partners or clients who show some sensitivity. As I have got older, I have definitely ended up being more sensitive to simple penetration to the extent that with most clients with any sex skills and indeed sex with my bf makes me climax ... just with a few minutes penetration and no clit stim. It is different to the orgasms I got when I was younger which were more clitoris based. I now get what I can call vaginal contraction and even spasms in my bum when I cum (very pleasurable at the time) - but 5 mins afterwards, I get a really sensitive vulva clit and anus (to the point I can't be touched) and then one minute later an intense, head splitting headache that lasts for 3 to 4 hours. I have had to cancel later appointments because of it after client visits and bed time sex with my BF wrecks my sleep because of the sheer pain. Has anyone else had this - is it a sign of a health problem. I'm worried that I have some sort of fitness problem. I do go to the gym and do aerobic work outs and generally don't have problems but once a month or so workouts do give me the same headache. Has anyone else had this and know what it is. I'm loathed to go to my GP and explain that I'm a sex worker who has sex several times a day.

I have this occasionally, last week I woke up with a mild headache, after I had sex and had an orgasm it escalated to a really bad headache that made me feel sick.  I put it down to a raise in blood pressure at point of orgasm.  However many years ago I worked in a hospital and remember having patients admitted for investigation if after sex they have a "thunderclap" headache, ie an intense headache that comes from nowhere.

Lol sorry, investigations, as in some rare cases it could indicate an aneurysm.
